Woodland Mushroom Stir Fry
Our Woodland Mushroom Stir Fry is a delicious and healthy meat free meal packed with amazing flavours.
Ingredients - Serves 4
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 x 150g of mixed woodland mushrooms (you can buy here)
4 Garlic Cloves, finely sliced
1/2 tablespoon of Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Red Chilli, deseeded and chopped
400g Stir Fry pack
Stir Fry Sauce of your choice
1. Prepare the mushrooms
2. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok, over a medium heat cook the garlic, chilli, ginger, Eryngii, Oyster, Shimeji & Shiitake for 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, cook the noodles following packet instructions, keep warm and set aside for later.
4. Add the stir fry pack to the wok and cook for a further 2 minutes
5. Turn the heat up and add the sauce and Enoki mushrooms to the wok. Allow the mixture to come to a boil, let the sauce thicken and add the noodles to the mixture. Cook until all the vegetables are tender.
6.To finish top with sesame seeds and fresh chilli.
