Pesto and Enoki Canapés

These tasty pesto and enoki mushroom canapés are a fantastic vegetarian alternative starter or nibble for a dinner party. Plus they are extremely quick and hassle free to make!!

1 Pack of Livesey Bros Enoki

1 Pack of Blinis (or make your own).

8 tsp of Green Pesto

50g Feta Cheese

50g Sun Dried Tomatoes (Drained)

10g of butter


  1. Toast the blinis according to the instructions on the packaging.

  2. Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat.

  3. Slice the enoki about an inch away from the cap and fry in the pan until golden.

  4. Meanwhile, place half a teaspoon of pesto onto each blini.

  5. Slice the feta into small cubes and place on the blini.

  6. Slice each sundried tomato into quarters and add to the blini.

  7. Add the cooked enoki to the canapé.

  8. Serve with champagne and our other mushroom meals canapés.
